Pressing our Cider...from the orchard to the Cider Shed!
Our Cider is made from the rare heirloom apples, Winesap, Rome, Elstar & Empire, with the non-heirloom apple Pink Lady®.  The hand crafting process begins in the orchard where the trees are cared for through the season, apples hand picked in the fall and ready for pressing soon after the harvest creating some of the best cider blends in the state of Washington.
